I am so happy to be a part of this Board, and I have learned so much from many talented individuals within ACPA who secretly “love” all things assessment! In my professional life I work at Buffalo State College as an Associate Professor in the Higher Education Administration Program, where I teach courses in the areas of assessment, research methods and moral reasoning in higher education and student affairs. In November 2012 I will be traveling to Kyiv, Ukraine with my family to serve as a Fulbright Scholar at the National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy (NaUKMA) School of Journalism, Faculty of Social Sciences and Social Technologies through May 2013. My project is titled: Student Learning and Developmental Outcomes Assessment in Ukraine:  Exploring Grass Roots Efforts and Collaborative Dialogue. I enjoy spending quality time with my “boys” – Don, Dima and Jack, whether we are on the road or relaxing in our backyard, running slowly with my friends and paddle boarding.
